What Happens If The Season Does Not Change?

There is a man in the Scripture whose name is Job. I was thinking about him as I drank my coffee before feeding my chickens in the morning. Job loved the Almighty Father, was a happy person, and was prosperous in the city of UZ.

But one day he suffered painful losses and illness.

Instead, his wife encouraged him, she said, "You have done lots of good things, but what you got is a curse. It is better you defame your Father in Heaven and kill yourself!"

Job understood that he could not base his decisions on a single season of life.
He knew that the difficult situation he was in was only temporary and would not last the rest of his life. In the end, he came out of this difficult situation victoriously and lived a long and blessed life as a result of his patience and unwavering faith in God.

But, that is Job's story. My story is different.
What if there is no change in my situation now?
What if the suffering would be prolonged more than I expect?
What if the season of drought would last long.....years?
What if the Father is silent to our plea?
I am sick for a long already time already.
I am still not free from my debts.
...more reasons to question the Father's will.

My answer is: when
the Son was nailed at the cross, he cried  to the Father, "Father, why have you forsaken me?" The Father knew that mankind needed a savior and He did this in the darkest hours of the day.

As humans, we expect an immediate response and solution. This will not, however, occur in all cases. Without a doubt, He enjoys delivering His children, and as a good Father, He always wanted the best for all of His children. However, this is usually done in His way and time, not ours! So let us rest and wait on Him, knowing that when He is silent, He is up to something.

Paul stated in Romans 8:28 that all things work together for good to those who love the Father and are called according to His purpose. It means that if we remain faithful by maintaining a positive attitude in the face of adversity, we will not only grow but will also see how everything works together for our good.
