Passion fruit is a vine flower plant. It is actually my first time planting this fruit here in Satun, so seeing this bearing lots of flowers and fruits made me feel relaxed after all the demand of life.
Thanks to my wife who helped me bagging its seedlings. Now, this plant is not only providing fresh vitamin c to us especially to our kids but also giving good shade during the very hot weather in Thailand.
This fruit made me reflect once more the love of the Father. I remembered the time when I was pulverizing the hard soil and making it ready for planting. My hands got dirty, and I immediately was thinking about the origin of man.
Only mankind made the hands of the Father muddy, whereas the rest of the creations came into being only through His Words. He molded mankind reflecting who He is (A Loving Father) to show how special He was to Him and gave mankind the authority to father the garden.
One more thing that I realized after seeing a beautiful flower of the passion fruit blooming above me, it made me think the season of life.
This flower gradually changed to a shiny green fruit, and eventually to a yellow color when ripe. And like this life, all of us will undergo into different seasons, but one thing is sure there is always a harvest season.
